Philip was born on November 30, 1931 and passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018.

Philip was a resident of Mansfield, Ohio at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School, class of 1949 and attended Bowling Green State University.

Calling hours will be held Friday, February 16, 2018 from 4-6 p.m. in the Marion Avenue Snyder Funeral Home Finefrock Chapel..

Memorial contributions in Phil's memory to the Linden Road Presbyterian Church or the Salvation Army may be made through the funeral home.
