Philip was born on October 20, 1944 and passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018.

Philip was a resident of Stewartsville, New Jersey at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School.

He had served his country for over 20 years in the US Navy, US Naval Reserve, and the US Army Reserves.

A Funeral Service for Philip will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 11am at the Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 7pm to 9pm at the funeral home. Interment will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA.
