Philip was born on April 13, 1947 and passed away in October 2019.

Philip was a resident of Chicopee, Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy and attained the rank of Seaman.

His Funeral will be held on Friday morning, October 18, 2019 at the St. Pierre - Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, 413-532-9806, 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020 (funeral home will open at 8:45 a.m.), with a Prayer Service to take place at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. His Committal Service with United States Air Force Military Honors will follow the Prayer Service at 11 a.m. in the Chapel at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam, MA 01001. His family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

For those who prefer, his family requests that memorial donations be made in Phil's memory to the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke, 110 Cherry Street, Holyoke, MA 01040.
