Philip was born on March 27, 1929 and passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016.

Philip was a resident of Mansfield, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He graduated from Mansfield State Teachers College and earned his Masters Degrees at Penn State University University of New Hampshire.

Philip was married to Rosemary.

A memorial service for Phil will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield on Wednesday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Denise Haskins his pastor officiating. Following the service a luncheon will be served at the church. Burial will be in Pine Cemetery Clinton County PA.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Phils memory may be made to the Mansfield YMCA 40 Besanceney Drive Mansfield PA 16933.
