Phillip was born on July 25, 1937 and passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016.

Phillip was a resident of Allentown, New York at the time of passing.

Phil was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force from 1955 to 1957.

Phillip was married to Norma.

Friends are invited to call on Wednesday November 30th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Thursday December 1st from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. at the J. W. Embser Sons Funeral Home Inc. in Wellsville. The funeral will follow visitation at 2:00 pm in the funeral home with Roberta Baker presiding. Burial will be in Knights Creek Cemetery in Scio.
