Phillip was born on January 31, 1945 and passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.

Phillip was a resident of Marysville, Ohio at the time of passing.

An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he received the rank of SP4.

He was a member of the Mt. Carmel Masonic Lodge in Richwood and was a 32nd degree Mason, the Union County Shrine Club, the Aladdin Shrine Club, the Scottish Rite F&AM, and the Marion Flywheel car club. Calling hours will be 5-8 pm Friday at the Ingram Funeral Home where funeral services will be held 10 am Saturday with Pastors Steve Anstine & Terry Schertzer officiating. Burial will follow at Broadway cemetery where the Union County Honor Guard will provide full military honors. Masonic services will be on Friday at 8 pm following calling hours. In Phil's memory, contributions may be made to the Kennard Church of the Nazarene, Shriners Hospital for Children, or the Ohio Masonic Home in care of the funeral home.
