Phyllis A. Anderson was born on November 9, 1935 and passed away on May 29, 2017.

Ms. Anderson, a native Washingtonian, had a long career in computer training at the Department of Health and Human Services. She was a member of Jerusalem United Methodist Church.

Ms. Anderson was active in her community; she served as a missionary for the United Methodist Women's Group and volunteered at Beall Elementary School.
