In memory of Phyllis Constance MacKenzie.

Devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. Pre-deceased by her son, Bruce Allison, and her husband, George Donald. Survived by her granddaughter Tyna A. Hope and great-grandson Nicholas A Boudreau.

Phyllis enjoyed life's finer things. She loved glamour, and diamonds. She sold antiques for many years, keeping the pieces that she liked the best for herself. She embraced all that was magical in the era that she was married in, the 1940's. Her fondest memories were of her and Don getting dressed-up and going dancing.

She was excellent with a needle. Many of her relatives have her quilts on their beds and her needlepoint on their walls. Like every other aspect of her life, her work was meticulous.

Phyllis was young in her heart and spirit. She and would always say that she didn't feel old, even in her nineties. Phyllis was comfortable in her own skin, like few other people. She had a sharp mind, working on crossword and sudoku puzzles every day. She was a resident of Florida for over 40 years and spent the last few years at Inn on the Pond in Clearwater.
