Ralph passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016.
Ralph was a resident of Chesapeake, Virginia at the time of his passing.
He graduated from Jesuit High School in New Orleans LA.
Captain Preston enlisted into the Marine Corps. He served both in the Korean War and Vietnam War. He so loved the Corps and his country and served a total of 30 years.
He was married to Viola.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted on Thursday September 15 2016 at 4:30 p.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church. The burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery with full honors at a later date.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Disabled Veterans Association. Semper Fi.
