Ralph was born on April 25, 1928 and passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

Ralph was a resident of Enka, North Carolina at the time of passing.

He joined the Navy in 1951 and his naval career included re-commissioning the USS Hancock in San Diego and serving as a musician in his band, The Hancock Ramblers.
