Randy was born on October 4, 1943 and passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

Randy was a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina at the time of passing.

Randy faithfully served as Lt. Weapons Officer in the United States Navy during Vietnam and returned to Utah where he received his Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University.
