Ray was born on December 20, 1926 and passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018.

Ray was a resident of Bay City, Michigan at the time of passing.

After the war, he attended the University of Wisconsin to study Transportation Management and, upon completion of his studies at the U of W, a job in operations with Capitol Airlines brought him to Tri-City Airport where he met his wife, Jeanette.

Upon completion of high school, Ray joined the US Army and was sent to the Philippines just as World War II was ending and order was being restored in the country.

In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Trinity Episcopal Church or the Toni & Trish House in Auburn.
