Ray was born on January 16, 1932 and passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019.

Ray was a resident of New Mexico at the time of passing.

Graduating from Nashoba Oklahoma High School in 1949 he went to college at Eastern Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College in Wilburton until enlisting in the Air Force in 1951.

His memorial services will be held Saturday, October 12, two p.m. at the Farmington New Mexico First Presbyterian Church. Memorial Service (NOT STAFFED) at the 1St Presbyterian Church, Farmington at 2:00 PM on October 12, 2019.
