Ray was born on December 21, 1935 and passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018.

Ray was a resident of Plainfield, Indiana at the time of passing.

He received his B.S. degree from Ball State Teachers College and his EDD from Ball State University.

He was a member of Plainfield Christian Church (800 Dan Jones Road) where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 15, 2018. Visitation will also be at the church on Thursday from 4:00 pm until service time.
