Raymond was born on November 7, 1952 and passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016.

Raymond was a resident of Dexter, New York at the time of passing.

He graduated from Arch Bishop Walsh High School in Olean NY in 1970 and graduated from St. Bonaventure University ROTC program with a Bachelors Degree in History. During this time he received his Masters Degree in Business and Administration and Teaching.

He entered the US Army in 1974 and served in Desert Storm. He retired with an honorable discharge in 1994.

Raymond was married to Dana.

Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday December 5 at the Hart Bruce Funeral Home Watertown.The Watertown Elks Lodge 496 will be holding an Elks Memorial Service Monday 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. A prayer service will be held 10:15 a.m. Tuesday December 6 at the funeral home followed by an 11 a.m. Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church. Military Honors will take place at the church following the Mass.
