Rex passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016.

Rex was a resident of Kansas City, Missouri at the time of his passing.

He served in the US Air Force.

A Celebration of Life will commence on Saturday October 22nd from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Lake Lotawana Sportsmenās Club Banquet Hall 29708 E. Alley Road Leeās Summit MO 64086.
