In the beauty of a day created by God and now consumed in time, God blessed Ella Chambers and Ulysses Dixon with a baby girl they named Rhonda. Rhonda Young was born on December 15, 1969 in Paterson, New Jersey. She departed this life suddenly on November 11, 2010 at the age of 40. A lifelong resident, Rhonda was educated in the Paterson Public School System. She was a Security Guard. She worked previously for Control, formally known as Absolute Security; she worked 17 years at Eastside High School in Paterson, and the last 3 years were at Public School No. 26. Rhonda was a good friend, blessing to her family, and countless others who knew her. She was always willing to help anyone. She enjoyed music; her favorite song was “Ma’Ma” by Boys 2 Men. She will be deeply missed. She leaves to keep her memory alive 3 daughters: Shanille and Aura’l Young, and Mariah McWilliams; her dear mother, Ella Chambers; two brothers: Trevor and Tracey Young; aunts and uncles: Palmer Young, Sidney Young, Sheila Smith, Olive McCorkle, and Jewel Young, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
