Rich Dalane, 49, of Lake Cherokee Park, Orlando, passed away, peacefully, in his sleep on Monday, April 6, 2009. Rich was born in Wayne NJ on October 15, 1959 and came to the area from Chester NJ in 1981. He was an avid fisherman, a kick-ass drummer, a student of the martial arts, and a successful salesman. Rich was a genuine good guy: intelligent, kind, honest, loyal and strong. He worked hard and played hard and lived life on his own terms. Rich was preceded in death by his father, Rolf Dalane. He is survived by his mother, Lillian Dalane of Brick NJ, and his sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Paul DeLuca of Orlando FL, and his sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Richard Rappleyea of Colts Neck NJ, and his brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Sandy Dalane of Edison NJ, and his nieces Lindsey Rappleyea and Brittany Dalane. He has many friends and will be dearly missed. For online condolences, go to: www.baldwinfairchild.com. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Baldwin Fairchild. The family will be receiving friends to celebrate Rich’s life and share stories on Tuesday, April 14th, from 6pm-8pm at the Orlando Chapel (Ivanhoe).
