Richard was a resident of North Carolina.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Garry Baldwin. The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:45 Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.VISITATION
