Richard was born on November 4, 1945 and passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019.

Richard was a resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma at the time of passing.

He graduated from Shawnee High School in 1963.

He worked much of his life at Tinker Air Force Base before retiring.
