Richard was born on November 9, 1942 and passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.

Richard was a resident of Hartville, Ohio at the time of passing.

An Army Veteran, he retired from Hoover Company after 38 years of service.

Calling hours are Sunday 3-5 PM at Arnold Funeral Home Hartville.
