Richard was born on February 21, 1931 and passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016.
Richard was a resident of Niagara Falls, New York at the time of passing.
He attended local school and graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield High School.
Dick served in the United States Navy.
There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Saturday December 3 at 2 P.M. at Niagara Presbyterian Church 3712 Military Road Niagara Falls.
