Richard was born on May 4, 1931 and passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Gardiner, Maine at the time of passing.

He was a graduate of Gardiner High School class of 1949 and graduated from DeVry University in Chicago, Illinois.

He was a member of the Masonic Herman Lodge and served on the City of Gardiner Planning Board from 1989-2000. Visiting will be at Staples Funeral Home, 53 Brunswick Ave in Gardiner Maine, Monday, February 19th from 4pm to 6pm and a burial service will be in the spring.
