Richard was a resident of Louisiana at the time of passing.

March 18, 1947 - April 11, 2018 Service Date: April 13, 2018 Rose-Neath Mansfield Church Rose-Neath Funeral Home - Mansfield Chapel CONVERSE, LA - A memorial service honoring the life of Richard "Ricky" H. Evans, Sr., 71, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2018, at Rose-Neath's Chapel in Mansfield, LA with Rev. Chucky Clark and Rev. Glenn Bezerra officiating.
