Richard was born on August 14, 1931 and passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017.

Richard was a resident of San Antonio, Texas at the time of his passing.

He was LTJG and a Seabee in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineering Corps, 1954-1957.

Most recently he was a service board member for the church's 8:30 Communion service. A service in celebration of his life will be held on March 25, at 11 a.m. at First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Road. Visitation MAR 24. 04:00 PM - 06:00 PM Schoedinger Northwest Chapel 1740 Zollinger Road Columbus, OH, US, 43221 MAR 25. 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM First Community Church 1320 Cambridge Boulevard Columbus, OH, US, 43212 Memorial Service begins.
