1SG Ret Incata proudly served in the United States Army and during his 20 years of service earned five Army Achievement Medals two Meritorious Service Medals seven Army Commendation Medals Six Army Good Conduct Medals two National Defense Service Medals a Southwest Asia Service medal with 3 Bronze Service Stars a Humanitarian Service Medal Four Overseas Service Medals a Kuwait Liberation Medal Air Assault Badge and Army Recruiter Badge.

Services will held on June 23 2017 12:30pm at Hughart Beard Giles Funeral Home located 2504 S. Virginia St in Hopkinsville KY to be immediately followed by a Military Service at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West at 1400hrs.
