Richard was born on April 17, 1950 and passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017.

Richard was a resident of Brackney, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Services for Richard will be held on Thursday February 23 2017 at 4 PM at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home 232 S. Main St Montrose PA with burial to follow at a later date at Quaker Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-4 PM prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family askes that donations be made to Silver Lake Volunteer Fire and Emergency Rescue PO Box 133 Brackney PA 18812 or The American Cancer Society 33 High School Rd Montrose PA 18801.
