Richard was born on April 7, 1934 and passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Riverview Park, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Richard was a United States Navy Veteran.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum.
