Richard was born on July 18, 1953 and passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Blackfoot, Idaho at the time of passing.

He started his higher education at Ricks College, where he met and married Joyce Hare in September 1973, graduating with an associate's degree in May 1974.

He had a brief stint in the Marines, stationed at Quantico Base, and then returned and finished his Bachelor of Education, at Brigham Young University in 1979.

A viewing will be scheduled for 10 am, and funeral service at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 17 at the LDS Church at 650 Pocatello Ave., American Falls, Idaho. Visitation at the AF LDS Church 3rd from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM on February 17, 2018.
