Richard was born on November 12, 1929 and passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing.

Richard served in the US Army during the Korean conflict and was stationed in Germany.

The family has privately said their goodbyes and a memorial service may be held at a later date.
