Richard was born on November 28, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.

Richard was a resident of Baker, Louisiana at the time of his passing.

Richard graduated from Stephen F. Austin College.

Richard served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps.

He was married to Judy.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home 6401 Groom Road Baker on Thursday December 1 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The visitation will continue on Friday December 2 2016 at 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Baker.
