Richard was born on February 1, 1959 and passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017.

Richard was a resident of Piedmont, South Dakota at the time of passing.

He served in the US Air Force for 26 years and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant.

Visitation will be from 5 until 7 pm on Friday, Nov. 10, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. A service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, Nov. 11 at the funeral home with Chaplain H.B. Cleveland officiating.
