Richard was born on October 3, 1949 and passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.

Richard was a resident of Bradford, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.

He was a 1968 graduate of Bradford High School.

He enlisted in the United States Army where he served in Vietnam. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal Vietnam Service Medal BoStar Medal Marksman Mortar Air Medal Vietnam Campaign Medal W60 DVC Army Comendation Medal WV DVC 1st OLC two Overseas Bars and Marksman M-14 Rifle Hand Grenade 1st Class.

He was married to Gloria.

Family will be receiving friends Friday October 14 2016 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc. 33 South Ave. where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday with Rev. Max Simms pastor of Hilltop Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park.

Memorials if desired may be made to VFW Post 212 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
