Robbin DeWayne Prince of Bloomington, passed away at his home on January 10, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of Ira Forrest and Thelma "Reese" (Kinser) Prince born on July 8, 1959.
Robbin Lived his entire life in Bloomington, married his sweetheart Karen Butcher and worked as a foreman with Victor Oolitic Stone Company for many years.
He was an avid sprint car fan and loved the local racing teams, but would travel with his family to visit other sprint car tracks and races throughout the country.
Robbin is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Karen, his mother Reese, and his two sons: Steve(fiance Stephania)Prince and Jesse(wife Rebecca)Prince, his sister Gloria "Jenny"(husband Danny)Eads, five grandchildren: Chris, Haley, Cody, Trevor, and Hunter and his great-granddaughter Mia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father Ira Forrest Prince, his brother Rodney Dale Prince, his sister Carolyn Sue Morron and his brother-in-law Jerry Joe Morron.
Visitation for Robbin will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 3-7 p.m. in Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home, 4901 E. Third St., Bloomington, Indiana 47401. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. also in the funeral home. Burial will be in Clover Hill Cemetery.
