Robert was a resident of Spotsylvania, Virginia at the time of passing.
He served in the US Air Force from 1963 to 1967.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Monday December 2, 2019 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Jefferson Davis Highway, Fredericksburg, VA where funeral services will be held at Tuesday December 3, 2019 at 11am. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
