Mr. Lowe was born on April 20, 1944 and passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017.

Mr. Lowe was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing.

Bob was a proud graduate of the University of Dayton where he earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees.

He proudly served in Vietnam as Commissioned Intelligence Officer of the U.S. Army.

No funeral services will be held.
