Robert was born on October 28, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018.

Robert was a resident of Lancaster, South Carolina at the time of passing.

The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Parker will be 3:00 pm Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Tabernacle United Methodist Church by Rev. Larry King, Rev. Tommy Wilkes and Rev. Heather Humphries. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, February 9, 2018, at Burgess Funeral Home and suggest memorial contributions be made to Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 5908 Tabernacle Road, Lancaster, SC 29720 or the American Cancer Society, Attn: Lancaster County Relay for Life, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.
