Roberta was born on February 2, 1959 and passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017.

Roberta was a resident of Apple Valley, California at the time of passing.

Bobbi was born and raised in Kansas City, MO, she received her Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and later went on to earn a Juris Doctorate in CA.
