Roger was born on September 18, 1944 and passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016.

Roger was a resident of Madison, South Dakota at the time of his passing.

He graduated from Wichita West HS and received his bachelor degree at Oklahoma Baptist Univ. He received his masters degree at Wichita State Univ. He received his PhD. From SDSU in 1982.

He was married to Joy.

Funeral services will be 2pm Monday September 19 2016 at West Center Baptist Church Madison South Dakota with burial to follow in Graceland Cemetery Madison. Pastor Justin DeBerry and Associate Pastor Trevor Schubert will be officiating. Visitation will be 5pm to 7pm Sunday September 18 2016 at Ellsworth Funeral Home Madison.
