Mr. Swigart was born on January 5, 1948 and passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

Mr. Swigart was a resident of Galesburg, Illinois at the time of passing.

He graduated from Galesburg High School in 1966.

Roger served in the United States Air Force for four years during the Vietnam War, as a member of the Military Police Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Knox County Humane Society or Babe Ruth Baseball League.
