Roland "Rollie" Hilgendorf Of Menomonee Falls, died peacefully at home March 30, 2015, age 87 years. Beloved husband of Audrey (nee Ebert) and the late Gloria (nee Brunner). Rollie was immensely devoted to his family and will be missed by his children Kevin (life partner Bruce Ewen) Hilgendorf, Keith (Sue) Hilgendorf, Kirk (Kathleen) Hilgendorf and Kristine (John C.) Mladucky. Proud grandpa of Heather (Mark) Korpela, Heidi (Steve) Good, Jason Hilgendorf, Luke Hilgendorf, John Roland Mladucky, Janessa Mladucky and the late Jacob Mladucky; Step-brother of Doris Groholski. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at GRACE EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, W196 N9525 Cross View Way, Menomonee Falls on Tuesday, April 21 at 11:00 AM, until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. Interment at Sunnyside Cemetery, Lannon. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church are appreciated. Rollie was a retired master electrician and owner/president of Hilgendorf Electric. Among many activities he participated in and enjoyed include: building his "A-frame" cottage and spending time up north in Rhinelander, traveling, downhill skiing and "putzing". He was a long-time 2nd grade Sunday school teacher and elder. Rollie was devoted to Stephen Ministries, mission trips and Monday Morning Bible Class. He was a member and past president of Kiwanis Club and enjoyed his Tuesday Night Sheepshead Card Club. The family would like to thank the nurses and aides with Horizon Hospice and Home Care for their kindness and compassion.
