Roy was born on February 11, 1927 and passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018.

Roy was a resident of Springfield, Missouri at the time of passing.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Herbert Davis; and two sisters, Jewell Stafford and Mildred Kelley. Jeff was a 1945 graduate of Rogersville High School and stayed active organizing the class reunions.

He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in J.D. Lee and Sons Funeral Home, Rogersville. Burial, with military honors, will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield. Visitation will be held from 6 - 7:00 p.m., with Masonic services beginning at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 9, 2018 in the funeral home.
