Roy was born on February 11, 1920 and passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016.

Roy was a resident of Fitchburg, Massachusetts at the time of his passing.

He graduated from Fitchburg High School in 1939.

During WWII he served in the US Army as HQ Jeep Driver for the 8th Field Hospital in the European Theatre for 3 years and was honorably discharged in November 1945.

He was married to Joan.

The funeral will be held Sunday October 16 2016 at 2PM at Highland Baptist Church 19 Cedar St. Fitchburg MA 01420 with refreshments to follow. There are no calling hours. Interment Service at Forest Hill Cemetery Fitchburg MA will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Highland Baptist Church Building Fund or the Gideons.
