Ruth E. White, age 75, of London, died Thursday, February 15, 2018, at her home. She was born on August 27, 1942, in Russellville to William Allan and Nettie Ruth Vinson Sims.

She was a member of East Point Baptist Church, the National Association of Letter Carriers, East Point Cemetery Committee, Pope County Riding Club, Cattleman's Association, and a lifetime member of London PTA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry E. White; a brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Donna Sims; a brother-in-law, Kenneth Wilson; a nephew, Jerry Dale Wilson; and a great-grandson, Ryder Norris.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Mary White, and Edward and Julie White, all of London; a sister, Juanita Wilson of Knoxville; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Evelyn Hull, Leroy and Velma Dean White, and Anna Lou Johnson; eight grandchildren and their spouses, Matthew White, Justin and Misty White, Brandi White, Michael and Misty Fraser, Dusty and Jackie Norris, Misty and Adam Vines, Jennie Judkins, and Justin Wade; 10 great-grandchildren, Jayla White, Kendel White, Eli Barnes, Hannah and Alex Fraser, Logan, Mason, and Jacey Vines, and Eli, Eurijah, and Evie Norris; close family friends, Greg and Marie Heiser, Chris and Brooklyn Heiser, and Nick Heiser; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at East Point Baptist Church with the Rev. Ira Taylor and the Rev. Larry Pless officiating. Burial will be in East Point Cemetery and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5 to 6 p.m., at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 2405 E. Parkway Suite 3, Russellville, Arkansas 72802.

Pallbearers are the London Volunteer Fire Department.

Honorary Pallbearers are Nathan Metzer, Billy Koster, Eric Andrews, John Hogue, and Jess Apalategui.
