Sally was born on January 23, 1964 and passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
Sally was a resident of Noblesville, Indiana at the time of her passing.
She attended North Central High School and Indiana University. She earned her BA degree in Visual Communication and Design from Purdue University in 1987.
She was married to Albert.
A celebration of life will be held on October 21st 2016.
