Samuel was born on July 20, 1927 and passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017.

Samuel was a resident of Casey, Illinois at the time of passing.

Sam was a graduate of Parkland College, Champaign, IL.

He was a US Army WWII veteran serving his country in Japan.

He was a member of Marshall VFW and was a lifetime member of Tuscola Masonic Lodge. At his request private graveside services will be held at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Martinsville, IL.
