Samuel was born on September 16, 1936 and passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017.

Samuel was a resident of Alabama at the time of passing.

Sam graduated as Valedictorian from Shorter High School where he was also an outstanding athlete.

When he returned to Montgomery in 1999 he continued to work as an Examining Physician at the Medical Entrance Processing Service at Gunter Air Force Base.

At his request there will be a private family graveside service, and in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Hospice of Montgomery, Church of the Ascension or Big Oak Children's Ranch, Springville, AL 35146 Born: September 16, 1936 Death: August 4, 2017.
