Samuel was born on March 12, 1949 and passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017.
Samuel was a resident of Michigan City, Indiana at the time of passing.
Celebration of Life for family and friends will take place Sunday, March 12, 2017, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Michigan City Senior Center located at 2 on the Lake, Michigan City, IN 46360.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Swanson Center.
