Samuel T. Glennon, 23, of Plymouth died unexpectedly January 13 on Nantucket. He was the loving son of Thomas J. and Mary Ann (LaRocco) Glennon and beloved brother of Margaret Glennon and Leo Glennon, all of Plymouth. Sam was the cherished grandson of Ann LaRocco of Weymouth and William T. Glennon of Hingham. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Michael LaRocco and grandmother Mary Glennon. Sam is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Sam was a graduate of Bishop Stang High School in Dartmouth and most recently worked for Pinnacle Alarm Co. of Nantucket. He was a proud member of the Massachusetts National Guard 101st Field Artillery Unit based in Fall River. Sam will be remembered for his love of fishing, off-roading and hot sauce. Visiting hours are at the Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd., Plymouth (Manomet) on Wednesday January 18 from 5-8 pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 10:00 am at St. Bonaventure Church, 801 State Rd., Plymouth (Manomet). Burial will take place at Vine Hills Cemetery, Plymouth.
