Survivors include his loving wife, Arice (Ann) at home; his sister, Eugenia Mitchell of Goshen; step-children, Linda, Susie and Jimmy, and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves his beloved dog, Pepper. He was predeceased by his brother, John Wiecek.

Stanley grew up growing onions in the black dirt of Pine Island, and was the owner of WKW Farms. He was one of the founders, and a past president, of the Orange County Vegetable Growers Association, President and Director of Orange County Vegetable Improvement Cooperative Association, and was a Board Member of the National Bank of Florida.

Stanley was an avid hunter and pilot, and a long-time member of Whippoorwill Hunting Club, and he often flew to different parts of the country to hunt. One of his happiest adventures was hunting in British Columbia where he bagged a Big Horn Goat.
